Life Academy of Vocational Studies (LAVS) is a Society having its legal entity under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It aspires to be a catalyst for change, change management and sustainable development impacting lives of communities through innovation, linkage, technology transfer, extension and customized solutions. It is an expanding platform of social development experts with rich expertise, pragmatic insight and strong commitment for results and impact. Inspired by the vision of the founders, it strives for excellence in whatever it does with an abiding mission to empower, enable and enrich youth and other sections of citizenry for scaling new heights of endeavor and success. It provides value added services, consulting support and turnkey implementation space to a host of clients including state and non-state actors committed to the cause of inclusive and sustainable development.
By virtue of long and diversified professional exposure, the organization is able to deliver value added services to a wide range of projects supported by clients including World Bank, DFID, UNDP, USAID, UNICEF, UNFPA, IFAD, ADB, State and Central Govt. Departments and ministries, State Government etc. Thematically, we have core competence in areas of Community Health, Education, Child Development, Sustainable Livelihoods and Good Governance.
