Life Academy of Vocational Studies (LAVS) is a registered Society located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Founded by a group of young professional social workers the organization has completed over three decades of existence; thanks to its commitment to quality, accountability and social cause it upholds in all its operations. It operates in all thirty districts of the state. The principal target groups of LAVS include farmers[especially those promoting millets in tribal areas], women in agriculture, children, women, STs, SCs, other weaker sections of society and general public at large, slum dwellers, people affected by development induced displacement etc.
